Gloria not only met our expectations but exceeded our expectations. She was very patient and focussed on our needs. In addition, she was very straight-forward on the selling part and wanted to ensure all `i`s were dotted and `t`s crossed... (on buying) She took the time to make sure we understood all matters of our transaction and expenses incurred.
